市道柏線道路法面対策工事進捗状況

前回の投稿から三か月ほど間が空いてしまいましたが、市道柏線の法面工事は順調に進み、まもなく竣工を迎えます。
今回は、伐採後の工事の進捗についてご報告します。

■ 法面掘削と工法の見直し
伐採作業が無事に完了した後、法面の掘削を進めていきました。
しかし、想定よりも岩盤の風化が進んでおり、掘削断面や工法について関係者と協議を行う必要がありました。
その後は天候にも恵まれ、作業は順調に進行。落石などの事故もなく、金網張りまで完了しました。

■ 枠組鉄筋とコンクリート吹付
法面保護の強度を高めるため、鉄筋による枠組みを設置しました。
続いて、コンクリートを既定の厚みで均一に吹き付けていきます。
一見すると単純な作業に見えますが、実際には現場とプラントを無線で連携しながら、ホースから吐出されるコンクリートの圧力や硬さを細かく調整しつつ進める、非常に繊細な工程です。

 

■ まもなく竣工へ
以上の工程を経て、工事は無事に完了しました。
現在は最終検査を待つ段階となっています。
引き続き、安全第一で作業を進めてまいります。

Progress Update on the Slope Protection Work on the Kase Municipal Road

It has been about three months since the previous update, but the slope protection work on the Kase City Road is progressing smoothly and is now approaching completion.
In this post, I would like to share the progress made after the tree‑clearing stage.

・Excavation Work and Review of Construction Methods
After the tree‑clearing work was safely completed, excavation of the slope proceeded as planned. During this process, we found that the bedrock was more weathered than expected, and discussions were held with the relevant parties to review the excavation cross‑section and construction methods. With favorable weather conditions, the work progressed smoothly, and the installation of wire mesh was completed without any incidents such as falling rocks.

・Reinforcement Framework and Concrete Spraying
To enhance the strength of the slope protection, a reinforcing steel framework was installed. This was followed by concrete spraying, ensuring that the material is applied evenly and at the specified thickness. Although the process may appear straightforward, it requires careful coordination with the concrete plant to adjust the pressure and consistency of the concrete during application.

With the above work completed, the construction has successfully come to an end. The project is now awaiting the final inspection. We will continue to prioritize safety as we move forward.
