金丸橋橋梁補修工事 最終段階へ

本工事もいよいよ終盤を迎え、先週に仕上げ工程に入りました。

まず、既設舗装を切削撤去したのち、コンクリート床版へ防水塗装を実施。その後、両サイドに排水ドレンを新設し、アスファルト舗装を施工しました。

今回は真夏日の厳しい気象条件下での作業。
アスファルトフィニッシャーにより敷き均しを行う際には、合材温度が130～155℃に達し、通常より過酷な環境となりました（※管理基準は概ね110℃以下）。

そうした中でも、作業員一人ひとりの技術と安全管理のもと、高い精度と美観を持った仕上がりを達成できました。

Final Phase Underway at the Kanamaru Bridge Project!

We’ve now entered the final stage of work at Kanamaru Bridge.
Last week, the existing pavement was milled and removed, after which a waterproof coating was applied to the exposed concrete deck. Drainage outlets were then installed on both sides of the deck to prevent water accumulation and protect the structure for the long term.
Finally, the asphalt paving was completed to finish the surface.
This phase was carried out under intense summer heat—during placement with the finisher, the asphalt mix reached temperatures between 130°C and 155°C, far exceeding the typical management guideline of 110°C.
Despite the extreme conditions, our crew showed great focus and professionalism. Their dedication to safety and craftsmanship led to a smooth, high-quality finish with excellent durability and appearance.
